My whole mission with Ethnicity Models is to kill the stereotypes on girls in music videos being labeled as "video hoes", strippers or gold diggers. The Models of Ethnicity do not have to take their clothes off or sleep with the directors or the artist to get the jobs. Their beauty and talent, coupled with the ambition, ethical conscience, and business savvy of the CEO/ Founder LaShawnna Stanley is enough to get the deed done.

So here's a few tips, so you too can take a stand:

    • First of all...if we as women don't start loving and respecting ourselves who will?

    • We CAN NOT let Karrine “Superhead” Steffans morals set the standards for what the world sees as a video girl.

    • If we want our respect back we have to earn it, and be more conscious about who & what we associate ourselves with.

    • When being approached for a role in a video, do your research! Not all videos are bad it's all about association and presentation. (Ask for lyrics & treatment to the song)

    • Music videos are meant to be fun and expressive so the artist can create a visual for the song.  SO IF THE VIDEO IS DEGRADING....DON'T DO IT!!

There will be several chances for you to re-claim your starring role, so passing up an opportunity will NOT ruin your career.
